Step 1 · Get started

Tell us about your business

Just fill these in. The color-coding and all the rules are handled for you.

Step 1 · Your files

Choose your data sources

Select the platforms you use. We'll only ask for the files that apply to you — drop in CSV or Excel and we find the right columns automatically.

Which ad platforms do you use? (select all that apply)
Service area (required)
📍
ZIP codes you serve
Your service-area ZIP list — defines your territory.
Ad platform data
🔎
Google Ads — location report
ZIP, Google Conversions, and ad cost.
📘
Facebook / Meta — total spend
📌
LSA — location report
ZIP, leads, and cost (same format as Google Ads).
🌐
Microsoft / Bing Ads — location report

CRM / job data
🟢
Jobs from Google (your CRM)
Completed jobs by ZIP with revenue.
🔵
Jobs from Facebook (your CRM)

We draw each ZIP's shape automatically. A few ZIPs don't have a shape (like PO-box ZIPs). For those, add a pin location below.

Always the same

How your map is built

These rules never change, so every map you make stays consistent and easy to compare.

🔒
Color groups. A = ads + jobs · B = ads, no jobs yet · C = ad spend only · D = jobs, no ad leads.
🔒
A ZIP counts as "in your area" only if it's on your service-area list.
🔒
Facebook spend is shown as one total — never split by ZIP.
🔒
The Facebook map shows jobs only. The Google map uses ad leads and spend.
🔒
Switching between campaigns keeps each ZIP's color the same.
🔒
Lighter ZIPs mean less activity; darker ZIPs mean more.
🔒
ZIPs without a map shape show as a clickable dot instead.
🔒
You can always fine-tune the color strength with the slider.
Step 2 · Quick check

Let's make sure everything looks right

Anything in red needs fixing before we can build your map. Then confirm your column mapping below — we've pre-filled our best guess, but you have the final say.

Confirm your columns

Tell us which column is which

We've pre-filled our best guess. Check each dropdown and fix anything that looks wrong — if a column isn't in your file, leave it blank.
